1. Eligibility

Anyone above 18 years of age with a valid email address and mobile number can apply to join the Filmarium Town Affiliate Program. Approval is at the sole discretion of Filmarium Town.

2. Commission

Approved affiliates earn a commission of ₹300.00 on every qualified booking made through their referral link or unique coupon code.

Commissions are tracked automatically and move through these statuses: Pending → Approved → Paid. A commission is approved once the booking is confirmed (order status: processing or completed).

3. Customer Discount

Customers who book through an affiliate link or coupon code receive a discount of ₹100.00 on their booking.

4. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via browser cookies with a validity of 30 days. If a customer visits through your link and books within this period, the booking is attributed to you.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals (using your own link/coupon for personal bookings) are not allowed.
• Misleading advertising, spam, or any activity that damages the Filmarium Town brand is strictly prohibited.
• Bidding on branded keywords (e.g. "Filmarium Town") in paid advertising is not permitted.

6. Commission Maturity & Payouts

A commission is recorded as soon as a booking is paid for, but it remains pending until the booking event is marked completed. Once the event is completed, the commission is paid out on the 1st of the month following the completion month. For example, all events completed any time in January are paid out on 1st February. Any commissions still unpaid from an earlier month — for instance, if your account details were added later — are included in the same payout.

Payouts are issued automatically at each month-end as commissions mature (a commission matures once the booking event is marked completed and the following month has ended). There is no minimum payout threshold and no manual request is required. Payouts are made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods at the discretion of Filmarium Town. Every affiliate can see the exact payout date of each commission in their dashboard.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

If a booking is cancelled or refunded — at any point before payout — the corresponding affiliate commission is automatically revoked.

8. Sub-Affiliate (Multi-Level) Referrals

Affiliates can recruit an unlimited number of direct sub-affiliates. When a customer books through a downline affiliate, the affiliates above them in the chain — up to 1 level — each earn a sub-affiliate commission of ₹50.00, in addition to the selling affiliate's own commission. Only this payout depth is limited; an affiliate further up the chain than 1 level does not earn from that booking. Sub-affiliate commissions follow the same completion-and-month-end maturity rule as direct commissions.

9. Modification & Termination

Filmarium Town reserves the right to modify these terms, adjust commission rates, or terminate any affiliate account at any time with or without notice.

10. Agreement

By registering for the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
