1. Eligibility

Anyone above 18 years of age with a valid email address and mobile number can apply to join the Filmarium Town Affiliate Program. Approval is at the sole discretion of Filmarium Town.

2. Commission

Approved affiliates earn a commission of 10% on every qualified booking made through their referral link or unique coupon code.

Commissions are tracked automatically and move through these statuses: Pending → Approved → Paid. A commission is approved once the booking is confirmed (order status: processing or completed).

3. Customer Discount

Customers who book through an affiliate link or coupon code receive a discount of 5% on their booking.

4. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via browser cookies with a validity of 30 days. If a customer visits through your link and books within this period, the booking is attributed to you.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals (using your own link/coupon for personal bookings) are not allowed.
• Misleading advertising, spam, or any activity that damages the Filmarium Town brand is strictly prohibited.
• Bidding on branded keywords (e.g. "Filmarium Town") in paid advertising is not permitted.

6. Payouts

Payouts are processed once the approved commission balance reaches the minimum threshold of ₹100.00. Payouts are made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods at the discretion of Filmarium Town.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

If a booking is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding affiliate commission is automatically revoked.

8. Multi-Tier Referrals

Affiliates can recruit sub-affiliates. When a sub-affiliate generates a booking, the parent affiliate earns a tier-2 commission of 2% in addition to the sub-affiliate's own commission.

9. Modification & Termination

Filmarium Town reserves the right to modify these terms, adjust commission rates, or terminate any affiliate account at any time with or without notice.

10. Agreement

By registering for the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
